The quiet setting and good view from the room were definite pluses, though the property is almost 30 minutes outside Udaipur. Some staff worked hard to improve our experience. Management was okay, but could use professional training. Going as a group seems like a good idea.

For a holiday with friends, The Hills Collective worked out really well. It was peaceful and away from the city's bustle, but only a few minutes by car from the market. Our spacious, comfortable rooms added to the stay, and the staff were polite, very helpful, and flexible when we made requests. It was a pleasant, comfortable experience.

The food was lovely, and I really liked how calm and scenic the surroundings were. The Hills Collective made for a relaxing escape. Our room was cozy, clean, and well maintained, and the polite staff were always willing to help. I'd recommend it if you enjoy being around nature.

I booked through the hotel's official website and received confirmation, so I thought everything was settled. The next day, hotel staff contacted me and asked me to cancel because there were no rooms available. Very disappointing service. Why accept and confirm a booking on the official site if there's no room?

After dinner, the team surprised me with a birthday cake, which was a lovely gesture. We hadn't told them it was my birthday, but they noticed it from my ID when I checked in and arranged the cake anyway. The staff were all very polite, and our family had a very good stay. Thanks to the whole team, keep it up.
