Returning to the hotel at night turned into a safety concern. The gates were locked, and no one answered even after we knocked repeatedly. We were stuck outside for half an hour before they finally opened them. We also had a frustrating time dining there. Service was incredibly slow, whether at lunch or dinner. A simple Masala Papad took 2 hours to arrive and wasn’t worth the wait. Our bathtub was unusable because the water-holding knob was missing. When we told reception, they casually said, "We forgot to give it to you," and made no prompt effort to fix it. I recently stayed at Hotel Pichola Haveli, and it was one disappointment after another. I wouldn’t recommend it if you value your time or comfort.

We loved our stay! The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the shower was amazing, the best we had in India. The staff were super helpful and seemed to really care about making our experience as good as possible. We also loved the rooftop restaurant, its amazing view, and the really good Indian food. We ate there at least once every day. When my husband got sick and we spent a whole day in the room, staff helped us and made sure we got room service for everything we needed. Beautiful hotel, I’d definitely return. Thanks alot!!

Four nights at Pichola Haveli went really well. The location was great, and the staff were all helpful. Mr. Pankaj at reception stood out for being especially welcoming and polite. I enjoyed the stay.

We spent three nights here and really liked being able to step out of the hotel and see Lake Pichola. The tourist spots were only a few metres away, and the lakeside room had a lovely traditional feel. Pankaj looked after us well, helped with all my needs, and was a great host. Would be happy to come back.

The rooftop restaurant has lovely views, and you can walk to everything from this prime spot. I stayed four days. The rooms are decent for the price, while the staff's service and genuine care were outstanding. A great budget stay.
