Hotel green view was a pleasant place to stay for our 3 days, and I was very satisfied with the polite behavior and our stay. The room ambiance and food quality were very good, and the hotel kept things clean overall. There's parking outside for cars and bikes, and a lift for all floors. The 4th floor has an open rooftop Bar and an inside family restaurant. We also took an Activa on Rent for 2 days. I'd highly recommend this hotel in Udaipur. Thank you.

We arrived with my family after a long journey, exhausted, and the manager refused to give us a room, saying management had changed, even though we had a confirmed booking through Cleartrip. During a busy long weekend, with hotels charging much higher prices, we were left stranded and spent an hour and a half making calls and trying to sort it out. In the end, we were pressured into an offline booking at ₹5,000 per night for a very basic, unkempt, unhygienic room, probably the worst one available. Denying confirmed bookings and then pushing guests into substandard rooms at inflated prices feels like a scam and is unacceptable. It's awful to reach your destination with your family only to be denied check-in and left dealing with this mess. The location is prime, but I can't recommend the hotel at all. The staff behavior and accommodation quality were both pathetic. This was the most ridiculous hotel experience I've ever had.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, too. The location made getting around easy, so I had a great stay and would recommend it.

The room wasn't clean, and the bathroom needed better cleaning. Room service didn't seem to have trained staff. The TV didn't work, and the fan was noisy.

I've come back to this hotel three times already, and the location near Udaipur Railway station works really well for me. The service is excellent, and the staff are helpful. I'll definitely stay here again.
