Fabhotel Prime Ramana

We held a birthday party there, and they took good care of everything. The food and arrangements were very good. Mr.Gajendra looked after everything well. It’s a good place to visit and have a party.

The meals were tasty and served on time, though there were only a few choices compared with other hotels. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but Ramana seems like a 2 star hotel in Udaipur. The location, entrance, and atmosphere were poor. We had booked three rooms ahead of time, but they weren't properly prepared for our arrival. Towels, tumblers, and bathroom footmats were missing, so we had to ask reception for them. Reception staff and bellboys were helpful and polite, though management seemed to provide too few staff, leaving them under pressure. The reception phone, number 9, often went unanswered, and the receptionist was also doing bell and porter work. Still, the rooms themselves were very good and clean.

Orders took an extremely long time, and nobody came even after we placed one. The staff were careless and unresponsive. The service was very poor, and I strongly recommend against staying here.

The food at fab Hotel Ramana prime was nice and looked good. It was a very nice hotel in Udaipur, with a clean, nice room.
