Ginger Udaipur Shastri Circle

The one hiccup was breakfast on our first day. Our booking covered 2 adults and 1 child, but the restaurant owner charged separately for the child's breakfast. Aside from that, we had a very positive stay at Ginder Hotel, Udaipur. Rupali made booking our three nights smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were helpful and courteous throughout, going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The property is well maintained and centrally located, which made sightseeing around Udaipur convenient. I'd recommend it for the location, service, and supportive staff.

Getting an auto was never a problem, and the hotel is conveniently located about 3.5 km from the City Palace and other attractions. Our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The rooms are small, but very neat and just right for a night when you're traveling during the day. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and a swing, and the food was really good. Service was excellent throughout. Rahul Kumar Gautham handled the cancellation of one room very smoothly when an emergency came up before we arrived. He assured me about the cancellation and refund, and the credit came through as promised.

Breakfast had an excellent spread, and the staff were friendly and good about accommodating whatever requests they could. A special thanks to Dasrath for going out of his way to make our stay special. This is an excellent property. Keep up the good work, team!

We had a wonderful stay and would certainly return. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and the property was peaceful and well maintained. Staff were consistently welcoming and polite. Our room was clean and had decent space, and the gym and swimming pool were a nice bonus. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, though the breakfast buffet could use a little more variety.
