The location is on the main road, and I’d give that 4/5. The room gets 4/5 for space, but it isn’t soundproof. There was loud shouting and chair-dragging noise every day until 2 AM, so keep that in mind if you’re not a night owl. The bathroom was in pathetic condition. Amenities get 1/5: the hand wash smelled like phenyl, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and staff didn’t know the first-floor password. Check the bedsheets and towels too. The ones we got were worse than a doormat, even after asking for replacements, and those seemed to be the only ones they had. We paid about 10k for 3 days. For 2-3k more, you may find something better within the city. I’m not sure how this hotel has a 4+ rating with that atmosphere and those amenities.

It’s in a very calm area, close to the city centre and tourist spots, and parking is available. The place has only recently opened. Now I won’t have to look for somewhere else every time I visit Jaipur. Amazing place and great location.

Fatehsagar lake is close to the hotel, and the area is less crowded. We were lucky to book here when we visited Udaipur recently. The room was very good, and the owner was thoughtful and humble. Thank you.

The terrace has a great atmosphere and is good for enjoying the whole night. The interior also looks nice for taking photos. Rooms are quite clean and staff are cooperative, and you can get Gujarati lunch here too. Best hotel to stay in udaipur, especially for gujjus.
