Isanika was especially welcoming and sweet, and all the employees were respectful and lovely to interact with. The staff were very accommodating when we raised concerns about the room, complimentary taxi services, and breakfast buffet. They made amendments promptly. We look forward to recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Worst reception call attendant. This is the worst hotel to stay in, with the worst customer service I've experienced. There are many good hotels nearby at these prices.

From the beginning, my two-night booking was a very poor experience. The room was dusty and smelled strongly, and the in-room phone kept ringing through the night, so we couldn't sleep. We left and found another place rather than stay the second night. I tried calling and emailing several times and asked the manager to contact me, but never got a response. The poor room condition and total lack of follow-up reflect badly on the hotel's management. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff could be more approachable and casual with guests.
