Hide-In Udaipur - Hostel

Everything was clean, and the room size felt just right. The beds were comfortable and the ambience was nice. One small thing: there should be a stand in the bathroom for clothes and towels while showering.

We had a very good, satisfying stay at Hide-in Udaipur. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were polite, supportive, and helped us with our trip. It’s a peaceful spot with lake view rooms, close enough to the market crowd without being right in it. Tourist places are within walking distance, and there’s a market along the way, so we didn’t need to go elsewhere for that. Their rooftop restaurant, Mannat, served delicious food. We had lunch and the complimentary breakfast there, and both were really good. The restaurant views are a nice extra. Food is priced, but other restaurants in the area charge about the same, so eating here is an option. On weekends they have live music, and the trained singers made for an evening we enjoyed.

I’m grateful the lady franchisee owner raised the price so much for a six-month stay. I thought it was crazy and looked elsewhere, and now I’m in a beautiful hotel apartment with exceptionally clean rooms, snow-white sheets and towels, a stunning location, excellent food, peaceful surroundings, and staff who are 100%. Their charges were completely acceptable for six months. The rooms here are shabby and need repairs and updating; the towels and bed linen are old and threadbare, and the rooms and corridors smell strongly of drains. It’s also noisy because the hotel next door, which has issues with this hotel, plays very loud music from 7.30am to midnight. Before booking, read the poor reviews, because they really do reflect this hotel. The owner’s pricing did me a great favor, even if I think it was greedy and delusional. You should visit the place I’m staying to learn how to run a hotel properly. Avoid this sham of a hotel.

The view from the hotel is just super, and everything is close by. It’s really clean and tidy, the staff are cooperative, and the place is super good. Their food service is great and the food tastes awesome. Rahul made dinner more pleasant with his sweet gesture. We also got to enjoy live music on the rooftop with great food. Thank you so much for a beautiful experience.
