I paid an advance to book Hotel City pride Udaipur two months ahead for a family function. Later, they cancelled or changed the booking because they found someone willing to pay more. That was completely irresponsible and unprofessional. You can’t trust a hotel for an important event if it might change its commitment at any time for a little extra profit, leaving your family’s plans ruined at the last moment. Their greed for a little more money can cause huge inconvenience and stress. Think twice before booking for an important occasion. Very disappointing.

We really liked the cleanliness and the convenience they provide on a normal budget. The people working there were cooperative and made everything available.
