Although the place was clean, it's an apartment building, not really a hotel. I'd paid extra for breakfast, then found out on arrival that it wasn't offered. There was no water in the room and no food, and despite asking several times, we weren't given drinking water. Hospitality was zero.
The hotel was closed, and getting there was difficult: it's in a remote spot with no proper approach road. The number OYO provided was invalid, and even their representative couldn't reach the hotel. I've been trying to get a refund for the past 1 week, but I'm not sure I'll get it.
Janardan Farms and Resorts now manages this hotel under the name Janardan Studio Hotel Udaipur.
I had a horrible stay here. This hotel is just rubbish, please don't go.
