The location is superb, with clean, well-kept surroundings and local attractions only a short walk away. There are lots of restaurants and cafés nearby, and the room view is lovely if you choose one with a view. The rooms are nicely painted and the bathrooms are clean. I had high hopes for heritage haveli on the banks of lake pichola, but several problems pulled the experience down. The road in front is closed to four-wheelers for most of the day, which is a hassle with heavy luggage or mobility issues. The stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors are very narrow and steep, too tight for two people to pass. Although the rooms are spacious, the furniture was broken and below average in quality. The beds had some kind of bed bugs, and the sheets and comforters weren’t very clean. There were mosquitoes, though repellents made them manageable. This place needs a good overhaul to reach its potential. At the very least, the rooms should be neat and sanitized, with no bugs, blotchy sheets, or smelly, ragged comforters.

The staff were polite, efficient, and ready to help, and the service at Heritage Haveli felt like five-star quality. Manager Arhan deserves a special mention for being professional, kind, attentive, and welcoming. He went the extra mile, helped with recommendations for local places to visit, and made sure we were comfortable. His warm smile and helpful attitude made the stay even better. The rooms were spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The hotel blends classic charm and modern comfort, with elegant details and a peaceful atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and beautiful ambiance made us feel right at home. It was one of my most memorable hotel experiences, and I highly recommend it for a peaceful, luxurious, heartwarming stay. We’ll definitely come back.

The owner was extremely kind, generous, and welcoming, and the hosting was great. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very affordable. With its stunning location and beautiful vibes, it’s a perfect place to relax. Highly recommended for a good stay at a reasonable price.

Everything is within walking distance, including Jagdish temple and city palace. The guest house is close to the main places, especially gangaur ghat and dadji ki puliya. Owner bhaiya was very kind, and Arhan bhaiya and the other hosts guided us and helped a lot. I’d definitely recommend it.

Everything is within walking distance, and the location is perfect. The staff made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond, especially Arhan at the front desk. Highly recommend!
