Phoenix Unmatched Comfort - Hotel Near Fateh Sagar Lake Udaipur

We spent three days in a family room, and it was budget friendly. The rooms were clean and service was top notch. Everyone spoke sweetly and attended to us with warmth and a smile. If you're looking to stay near sukhadia circle, this hotel is a great option nearby. Thank you.

I stayed with my family for three nights, and the experience was thoroughly unpleasant. The rooms varied a lot in size but all cost the same, which felt unfair and misleading. Maintenance was poor, ventilation was almost nonexistent, and bathroom fittings and toiletries weren't working properly. The staff argued when we raised concerns instead of acknowledging them or apologizing. Their attitude was discourteous and unprofessional, with little basic communication or hospitality. Service and etiquette didn't come close to a 2-star level, despite rates comparable to 4- or 5-star hotels. For the quality and service, this place is extremely overpriced. I wouldn't recommend it to families or anyone expecting comfort, professionalism, or value for money.

The owner was extremely rude and arrogant, and the property showed no professionalism. We were given one set of room charges when booking, but after I called my family to stay, the price suddenly went up. That felt completely unethical and misleading. There was also a serious electricity problem throughout our stay. The lift stopped twice, causing inconvenience and safety concerns for my family. A very bad experience and a total waste of money. I strongly don't recommend this hotel.

The service was truly unmatched discomfort, despite the hotel's “Unmatched Comfort” tagline. If arranging a booking was this stressful, I can't imagine what staying there would be like. Very disappointing, and I definitely don't recommend it. In the morning, a male staff member gave me prices and other details. The call dropped, so I called back to confirm, but he was unnecessarily rude. I agreed to proceed because it was urgent and asked for payment details, but he never sent them. A couple of hours later, a woman from the same hotel gave completely different information and prices, then suggested I must have misunderstood instead of acknowledging that the staff had given inconsistent details. It showed a lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy.
