We booked executive rooms at the counter for five nights, but checked out the next day because the stay was so bad. Cleanliness and electricity were major problems. The bathroom smelled and was broken, mosquitoes were around, and the AC was noisy and ineffective. There was no kettle or basic cutlery in the room. The staff seemed inefficient and unprofessional. We couldn’t even make tea in the morning, so we had to order it from their rooftop restaurant, which charged an unbelievable amount, as if it were a five-star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room and facilities were nice, and the service was great. I enjoyed the stay, especially the excellent, tasty food. Thanks to the chef and the service staff.
