Lalit did a great job during my stay at Hotel Narayan Leela Inn. He was helpful, polite, and gave excellent service. Employees like him improve the guest experience. I was disappointed, though, by Mr. Ghanshyam (Manager). His communication was rude and uncooperative, which affected the hotel's hospitality. When I asked for a newspaper, he didn't provide one, even though it was already on his desk. Management should improve guest handling and service quality, with better training at that level. The hotel could be much better if it does.

The place was clean, calm, and peaceful, and the staff were very supportive. Management felt professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. It was such a relaxing stay I nearly forgot why I wanted to go home.

I had stayed here more than three times before, but this time I checked out immediately and won't return. The day shift receptionist came into my room without knocking or asking permission. It was embarrassing and made me feel unsafe. He also touched me repeatedly without permission, and his behavior was very bad. Hotel management, please take action based on my statement.

The food was really nice, and the staff and service were excellent. The rooms are among the best in Udaipur, with City Palace and Bagore ki haveli nearby. Couples are welcome too.

We stayed with family for four nights and five days, and found the staff friendly and helpful. Praveen shingh was especially good, and room service was very good too. Everything was working properly, including the other facilities. Our room and bathroom were clean and in good condition. The hotel is central, with all the famous places within walking distance. A good one to try if you're coming to udaipur to enjoy the city.
