We used Hotel Shree Narayana for a half-day stay so I could leave my luggage safely while exploring Udaipur, and it worked out really well. The staff were cooperative about the flexible check-in, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. It felt like good value for the price, with cleanliness and comfort. A reliable, affordable option for a short stop or a longer visit. I'd recommend it to other budget travellers.

We stayed at hotel shree Narayana with our family and had a good stay. It was especially convenient with our little kid because the hotel is close to both the bus station and railway station. The food was very good, and the staff were professional. The room could have been airier. Udaipur is a lovely city to visit, and a good place to stay makes it even better.

The stay itself was pleasant: the rooms were clean, the service was nice, and the complimentary items were provided as expected. The problem came at check-out. My MakeMyTrip booking clearly said 11 AM, but staff called to say the hotel's time was 10 AM and asked me either to leave or extend the booking. That mismatch and the way they handled it felt unprofessional. The hotel should make sure the time on its booking listings is accurate.

The hotel is in a very congested area, and the small rooms aren't maintained, with broken toilet seats. Service was very poor. There was no hot water unless you told them half an hour ahead, and they made excuses instead of resolving complaints. AVOID.
