The room didn’t feel worth the premium price, and basic things were missing or below standard. There was no fridge at first, and when we asked to chill our drinks, staff refused to help. They later brought a fridge, but it didn’t cool at all. The furniture was also below standard, and hygiene was not properly maintained. They’d put a towel down as a bathroom mat, which felt very unprofessional. Breakfast was another major disappointment. We’d booked the buffet, but the food was extremely poor, with even poha and upma tasting overly sweet. There were hardly any good options. The bar area smelled bad and had no decent ambience. There’s very little to do at the resort besides a basic pool, and the overall vibe and maintenance were lacking. We were there for a weekend with friends in Udaipur, and the service made the stay worse. Staff were rude and uncooperative, even saying “we can’t do this” to small, basic requests. For what we paid, we expected much better service, hygiene, and experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety, and the food was delicious. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and comfortable, with everything well maintained. Staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay. I also liked that the location was close to everything while still being quiet and peaceful. A very pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and good hospitality. I can’t wait to visit again.

The rooms were comfortable and adequate, though nothing especially stood out. The location gave me access to nearby points of interest, and I appreciated the staff’s effort. My stay was pleasant, and the service was commendable. 😊

Viram deserves a special thanks for being professional, friendly, and supportive. The rest of the staff were polite and helpful too, and the service was excellent. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I had a great stay and would happily recommend the hotel.

A pleasant stay, with helpful staff and very good breakfast and food. @ MD munazir was especially polite and gave very good service. Strongly recommended.
