There isn't a permanent receptionist, so getting help is a struggle. The service has been really bad recently, whatever other reviews say, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. The rooms are in horrible condition: dirty bedsheets, a broken shower, and when we turned the tap, its knob came off. The toilet jet spray is horrible too.

The owner was especially helpful, and the staff were friendly too. I had a nice stay at Naivara, my second time there, and I'll definitely stay again. Five stars for the owner!

Really welcoming owner, and the staff were super friendly. The rooms were comfy and the vibe was great. I also loved the downstairs cafe, with delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. Had a fantastic stay and I'm definitely coming back!

We added the breakfast buffet to our stay, and it was really good. The hotel's food and cafe are a plus, and the staff were helpful with good service. Our room was nice, clean, and spacious. It's not far from most tourist spots, and getting an auto is easy. 10/10, I'd love to stay again if I return.

The food was the best part for me. I enjoyed it throughout the stay and never ate outside. They even adjusted the spices to suit what we asked for, which other places don't easily do, and packed lunch for my return along with breakfast. We stayed three nights and four days. There was an issue with our room at first, but they changed it when we asked. The manager and staff were very cooperative and ready to help whenever needed. It was a pleasant stay.
