We were very happy staying here with our family, and they also allowed our pet. The location is handy for nearby tourist spots, and the breakfast and dinner were awesome. Service was very good, with polite, helpful staff and well managed operations. For my son’s first birthday, the hotel team arranged a cake and lovely rooftop decorations. Thanks for everything. I’ll come back and recommend it to friends and everyone.

We booked three rooms for a group trip after seeing Instagram ads, but the property and rooms were nothing like the photos and videos. It was hard to reach the location, too. The hygiene was zero: dusty rooms, dirty beds, and toilets worse than a public toilet. At breakfast, there was nothing left, and the staff didn’t seem concerned or responsible. They were least bothered about the conditions. We somehow managed to move to a nearby hotel in the middle of the night. Please don’t fall for this social media scam.

I booked Royal Rafahiya Haveli, Udaipur (Rajasthan) for my wife’s birthday, and their poor management and attitude spoiled the whole day. There was no support or professionalism, and the hospitality was zero. The staff were rude, careless, and completely unhelpful, as if they didn’t care about guests at all. The service was pathetic and not worth even half of what they charge. This place felt like a total scam and a waste of money. Don’t be taken in by the photos or fake reviews. I strongly do not recommend it, and would avoid it if you want a peaceful, pleasant stay. I’ll share the video on my social media soon.

The cooperative staff helped make our two days with friends at Royal Rafahiya Haveli memorable. We loved the heritage feel, the service was amazing, and the food was simply the best. Highly recommend.
