SKK Blu Hotel and Spa

The poolside was one of the best parts of our memorable stay at SKK Blu Hotel & Spa, Udaipur. It was well maintained and relaxing, with a lovely feel both in the morning and evening. Meals were freshly made, delicious, and served with care, and there was good variety too. The staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Devillal Ji, Sangeeta, Anju, Ram, Meera Ma’am, and Sunita Ma’am all went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Thanks as well to the GM Sir for running the hotel so well and looking after guests. The hotel brought together comfort, luxury, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for a Udaipur visit!

Check-in at reception was smooth, and the restaurant was the best part of the hotel. Suresh Singh and his team were so hospitable, and the food was absolutely tasty. The restaurant manager and waiters took extra care. It's a must-visit, especially for Gujaratis.

My family and friends had a fantastic stay at Hotel SKK Blu in Udaipur. The rooms were comfortable and kept in good condition, and the food was delicious. The location is lovely and the property has potential, but maintenance and infrastructure problems got in the way of our stay. The rooms and bathrooms need attention: the tap water quality was poor, and the taps and showers clearly need replacing or serious maintenance. The towels, shower curtains, and linen felt worn and below standard. Amenities were missing or very low quality unless we specifically asked for them. The food was acceptable, but not memorable and not what I'd expect from a resort at this level. The staff were courteous and responsive when we raised concerns, and they genuinely tried to help. They deserve credit and encouragement for doing what they could with the resources available. The bigger issue seems to be neglect at the management and structural level. Good intentions can't make up for outdated fixtures and worn basics. Management needs to invest in improving the property, especially the linen, towels, curtains, taps, showers, and general upkeep. These are basic expectations for a spa resort. With proper maintenance and upgrades, the place could be much better. As it is, the experience doesn't live up to its promise.
