They took our money but didn't even provide towels for freshening up, and there was no service at all. The tea leaves, milk powder and other tea supplies in our room were past their expiry dates.

I found the staff poor and the food very bad. The drinks weren't good either, and the location is tucked inside. Please don't book here if you want a comfortable stay.

The suite room balcony had a good view, and the ambience was nice. Pure veg food was good too. Staff provided good service, and everyone was good, especially Mr Ankur, who was very helpful. Nice hotel.

The staff made this stay memorable. The manager and everyone else were polite and professional, and the service was excellent. I also really enjoyed the food, and the place had a lovely atmosphere. Thanks for a great visit, I hope to come back.
