The place was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Mohammad Ali made the stay especially good with outstanding hospitality. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and had what I needed. That sort of attentive service is rare, and I’ll definitely return.

The polite, helpful staff were one good part of my stay, but the room and amenities didn’t live up to Agora’s 9.1 rating and many positive reviews. We paid around ₹2,000 a night without breakfast for three days, and the room condition didn’t feel worth that. The standard room had poor ventilation, felt a bit shady, and seemed to need maintenance. Its windows opened easily, so we kept the room covered most of the time for privacy and comfort. The towels seemed low quality, and basic toiletries were available only on request. Even water bottles cost ₹50 during our stay, which felt unreasonable. The service was decent, but the rooms and facilities need work to match the high rating.

The staff were consistently polite and ready to help, and service was quick. The location was handy for reaching the main attractions, and the food was good. We spent three days here and found the rooms clean and well maintained. It made for a comfortable, relaxing stay, and I’d recommend it.

For the money, this is one of Udaipur’s better-value hotels, and it’s near the tourist spots. The staff were wonderful, behaved well, and were very helpful. Our room was good, with hot and cold water and all the basic amenities. Food service was decent, and the taste ranged from okay to good. It could have been a little less oily, though we hadn’t asked for less oil, so they may have made it the usual way. All in all, a decent experience.
