Hotel Janardana

It's easy to get around from here: the Krishna Mutt is about five minutes away on foot, there's an auto stand opposite, and a private bus stand and plenty of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our three-day stay. The AC deluxe room was spacious and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. My only complaint is that the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant. Still, it's a great option for visitors, highly recommended.

We stayed at hotel Janardhana (Udupi) from 15th January to 17th January. The management was very supportive, and the rooms were comfortable, neat, and clean. Special thanks to Mr. Prashant / Ashok and Mr. Owner Nagaraj. The service staff were very good too. Udupi Shri Krishna temple, the bus stand, and vegetarian hotel Shanti Sagar, which was very nice, are all quite close. Thank you Hotel Janardhana and staff for making our visit comfortable and memorable.

The staff at Janardana hotel were courteous, and our room was neat and clean during the two nights we stayed. Its location near Shree Krishna Math is a real plus. There's no restaurant attached to the hotel, but there are plenty of options nearby. We had a nice experience.

The dirty linens and lack of amenities were a letdown. The room was very small for the exorbitant amount they charged. The one good thing was being near Woodland restaurant, where we could enjoy our meals. Since this place is so close to the bus stand, expect noise all the time. If you're visiting Udupi for beaches away from city life, please don't stay here.
