The staff and service were very nice, and the hotel is in a good area with nice interiors and exterior. We paid 2300/- for one night. The room size was just right for three people, but it wasn’t cleaned or maintained properly. The bathroom wasn’t good for this price either, and there was moisture in the room walls.

I’m staying here now, and I’ve never had such useless service. If you order something, you can forget about it. Ask for cleaning and that gets forgotten too. Nothing happens on time, and the toilet wasn’t kept clean. People talk through the night, and the noise is really disturbing.

The bathrooms are dirty, and getting the room cleaned every day seems impossible.

Even though we paid in advance, the rooms we got looked nothing like the ones advertised in the pictures. The owner made false promises, and basic things like towels, soap, and regular water weren’t provided. We had to ask repeatedly, and still didn’t get what we needed. The rooms were filthy, and cleaning was half-hearted, even after multiple requests. This place is a complete scam. I strongly urge others to avoid it and stay away at all costs.

The neighbor in my room was extremely loud at 3 in the morning, which is why I gave three stars. Otherwise, it’s a nice budget hotel with good staff. Check-out time is flexible for a suitable charge, of course. The rooms and bathrooms are adequate, and there’s hot water 24/7. Overall, an awesome stay.
