Hotel Natraj

We booked through the Goibibo app and had already paid in full, which turned out to be a mistake. When we tried calling about check-in time, nobody picked up the numbers provided. We got there around 11pm, and no one was at reception. After asking nearby, someone came to the counter and spoke rudely and arrogantly, as if doing us a favour. The hotel is near the mahakal temple, but on a very narrow lane, and there is no parking. The AC and fan switched off in the middle of the night for reasons we don't know. The rooms were average and the staff completely unprofessional. I won't recommend this place. The two stars are only for the location.

We had to call repeatedly just to get basics like a towel, soap, and water bottle. When we asked for room service, the manager rudely refused, and the room intercom didn't work, so we had to call from another room. The manager was rude and they don't value customers. The bedsheets weren't clean, bathrooms were in poor condition, and both the staff and management were arrogant and terribly poor. I'll never stay there again or recommend it.

Don't stay here. The room they gave us was completely different from what was shown in the booking, and they made a mockery of us. The place had dirty mind and cloths, poor behaviour, and bad service. Visitors are treated like slaves.

The one helpful boy there was the only bright spot. The hotel is almost beside Mahakaal, but they don't behave in a way that makes you want to return. Once they earn money, they show hekdi, a blot on Mahakaal Nagari. Reception management was careless, and two or three manager type guys were rude. The facilities were almost the opposite of what the Goibibo online booking app advertised. After midnight, AC water leaked in the room; they didn't give us an AC remote, the TV channel wasn't working, and many listed amenities seemed like a day dream. They gave us a torn towel with Indian Navy insignia before we asked for a replacement. If you don't have coin change, some manager type boys may try to charge 20/- for a 15/- tea. If possible, they deserve minus 1.
