The team at Nirvana Boutique Hotel made us feel looked after, with polite help and quick responses whenever we needed something. Our room stayed spotless thanks to prompt housekeeping, and it had plenty of space, useful amenities, and was in good condition. We also enjoyed the fresh food, which arrived on time. The hotel has a pleasant, upscale feel, and our stay was arranged smoothly by Jupiter Tour Planner. We had a lovely, memorable visit to Ujjain and would gladly come back for personal or work travel.

The location made it easy to get to the main areas, and the hotel felt like good value for the price. My room was comfortable, well cared for, and had tasteful interiors. Staff were courteous and quick to respond when I asked for things, so the stay went smoothly for both work or leisure.

I was especially glad to find the rooms, beds, and washrooms so clean, since that matters a lot to me. The staff were helpful throughout, and the hotel had a nice feel. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.

The hotel felt peaceful and welcoming, and I appreciated the care the team put into service and facilities. Whenever I needed help, the staff were courteous and ready to assist. My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. Check-in was easy too, thanks to the warm, professional welcome. I’d recommend Nirvana Boutique Hotel for a comfortable, well-run stay, and hope to return.

The water in room 104’s bathroom would collect on the floor instead of draining, and the bathroom lock didn’t work. We were three adults, and even after asking and calling repeatedly, neither issue was fixed. We had to think twice before using the bathroom. It was a really unpleasant stay.
