Treebo Neel Orchid

There’s no kitchen, so they can’t help with meals or even tea. You have to go out or order online, and the location is quite out of the way with no good options nearby. We paid a good amount, but this place wasn’t worth it. The rooms were okay, but the washrooms weren’t clean and lacked basics like toilet paper, soap, and towels. After we checked in, we asked for these, and there was only one staff member. I’m highly disappointed. There are no facilities here, and they need to work on the issues I mentioned. I also don’t know how Treebo is associated with the place. I booked because I thought Treebo was a good brand and expected a good stay, but unfortunately this hotel didn’t deliver.

My stay was very uncomfortable, and I told them about the inconvenience. The rooms smelled bad, and although the location is okay, road construction in front of the hotel brought lots of JCB noise and disturbance. The staff seemed lost and need hospitality training. Breakfast comes through a cloud kitchen and didn’t taste great. The room tariff felt like a waste of money, especially with better hotels available in the same location. Don’t rely only on the posted photos when choosing.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant time at this hostel, about 1 km from the temple with easy access. The staff were very helpful and guided us around. Arjun was professional and knew Ujjain well. Best hostel to stay in Ujjain.

The in-house kitchen is great, and ANIL is the sweetest of them all. The management as a whole is doing a great job, with good cleanliness, availability, and a comfortable stay. The staff were warm and welcoming. Highly recommended.
