The hotel staff had an awful attitude. The bathroom was so dirty we skipped bathing, and the bedsheets were dirty too. We’d already booked and paid before seeing the rooms, so we didn’t leave. There was no AC remote; they said it was fixed at 22 degrees and couldn’t be changed. Worst stay. Don’t stay here, even if it’s free.

The manager was useless and treated customers badly. My friends and I were annoyed by the way customers were treated, and it felt unjust. I urge good people not to come here. I can’t find words for how bad the experience was.

Oyo took my online payment and gave me a booking ID and the hotel reception number, but apparently hadn’t confirmed a room with the property first. When I called to check, the hotel manager said they were fully booked. Oyo customer help desk then told me the booking wasn’t available and apologized. This caused a lot of trouble. Very bad service from Oyo.

I gave it two stars because the rooms were a little cleaner than others. The staff’s attitude is horrible, so don’t expect them to be nice. Be patient and accept what you get, because finding a hotel in Ujjain is very difficult.

Even though we booked in advance, they gave us different rooms. They were uncomfortable and expensive, with no service, no wifi, no water bottles, and no hot water for bathing.
