In the middle of the night, they shut off the bathroom water, and the washroom they gave us had no lock. The worst experience of my life. Please don't stay here. I wouldn't even give this hotel one star, I'd give it -1.

The rooms were disastrous, and I was very disappointed with the service. First they put us in a random room and said we'd be moved, then charged us extra to change rooms. They provide no service and charge for even the smallest things, without telling you when payment is due, then take more money later. I consider them all thieves. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Shraddha hotel looked very nice from outside, but the room I got was disappointing. The floor, bathroom, and bed linens were visibly dirty. The staff were good, but the lack of cleanliness badly affected my stay. I can't recommend Shraddha hotel to anyone looking for clean, comfortable accommodation.

A bad experience, and I'm unhappy with the oyo team too. I had booked through oyo two days earlier, but when I arrived at the hotel, the owner called oyo customer care. They told me I could have a room if I stayed for 2,3 hours.

The room was unclean despite the high price, and there was nobody to help or bring water. They post fake pictures online and mislead people. I'd say stay somewhere else.
