There’s little accountability here, and nobody seemed willing to listen to complaints. As a guest, you’re left pleading for basic amenities, and after booking you may not get a refund, so you could be stuck for the full stay. Our room was damp and dirty, the toilet was dirty too, and rats welcomed us inside. The staff were ill mannered and didn’t seem to know how to treat or understand guests. I had the worst stay I can remember. I’d urge anyone reading this not to book here.

The front desk was empty whenever we needed help, so it felt like guests were left to manage on their own. The rooms were cramped and extremely small, with a persistent bad smell that made it difficult to rest. There was no closet for clothes, the TV didn’t work, and basic items like water bottles and even a place to sit were missing. The positive reviews seem misleading, possibly fake, because my experience was nothing like what they describe. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone who cares about cleanliness, comfort, or support.

The photos and ratings gave a misleading impression. When we arrived, the rooms and bathrooms were dirty, and the bin still had the previous guest’s waste. Despite repeated requests, we weren’t given drinking water. Breakfast was very limited and not enough. Hygiene and service were poor throughout. I wouldn’t recommend it.

It was 10:30 and check-in wasn’t until 12, but they still asked me for an extra 500 when I had booked through Booking.com. They also wouldn’t let me leave my luggage there.
