I booked two rooms for New Year's Eve, but neither had a basic duvet, comforter, or blanket. Even after we asked for one, they refused to provide it at night in the cold. We had kids with us and they still said no. A guest should be able to expect this basic requirement when booking a resort room. The event also didn’t have the bonfire or any veg tandoor items that had been promised. A bad experience overall.

The hotel is right on the main road and easy to reach. Amenities are pretty good and standard, the food was great, and the staff were friendly and courteous. I’d like to visit again.

The staff are very, very nice and take care of everything you need. It’s family friendly and worth a visit.

The atmosphere and food are good, and you can go from here to Murti river, about 20-22 kms away. The service, though, isn’t very good.

A really disappointing stay. There were ticks on the bed, the service wasn’t even average, and even the ice cubes were dirty. The food was legit pathetic. What should have been a relaxing holiday turned into a complete blunder. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
