Rahulji made a real difference, looking after our food and room requests with a warm smile and treating us like family. We had a lovely stay and would happily come back soon. The setting is peaceful, with beautiful mountain views and a spot beside Ganagaji, so it works well for a spiritual break or just some time to relax.
The room rate was reasonable, and the rooms and washroom were clean, with a lovely view of the bhagirathi river. Food was the weak point, though, since there were very few choices.
We found it very good value for money. The Baghirathi river is right by the property, but it wasn't loud enough to disturb our sleep. The people were friendly and easy to deal with, and the food was decent with plenty of room to customize for a group.
I stayed there yesterday, and it was a really bad experience. The room, bathroom, and toilet were very dirty, and nothing had been cleaned. The geyser wasn't working, so there was no hot water.
Pathetic place. I don't see how this can be called a resort. OYO is fooling people, and I wouldn't recommend the property. If zero stars were possible, that's what I'd give.
