Breakfast was fresh and had a great selection. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities working perfectly, and the staff were very courteous and responsive to every request. Check-in went smoothly. I had a wonderful experience and appreciate the consistent quality. Keep up the great work.

The stay and hygiene were good, and the location was very accessible. The staff were kind, but the evening receptionist acted as if he owned all of Vadodara. Please improve his kindness or change him.

It was easy to reach the location, and cleanliness was up to the mark. A few amenities were missing from the room. Staff behaviour has changed. The receptionist is the first person you meet and almost the face of the stay, so rude behaviour leaves a bad impression.

I’m so happy with my stay ❤️ The room was big and clean, the hotel was neat, and the service was nice. Lunch, dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the staff were polite. A very good stay.
