The junior and serving staff were polite and cooperative, but the senior staff were rude, disrespectful, and not worth dealing with. In fact, staff were rude to customers in general. My Vadodara visit was scarred by this stay. Hospitality was zero out of 10, and this place doesn't meet hotel hospitality standards. It seems to stay open mainly because teenage couples want somewhere private to meet.

The room had a very pungent smell, and there were rats in it. When we called with problems, nobody responded or fixed anything. The guy at reception was brainless and showed us no respect. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

The amenities are very good, and the staff are supportive too. It's a budget hotel, so it's easy on the pocket. Worth a visit.

The bathroom was really dirty, and there were water problems. This is a very bad hotel. I'd suggest not staying here.
