Hotel Pearl

We liked our two-day stay. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the owner and staff were helpful. Rates were affordable, and the restaurant food was good too. It's close to the station, with easy access to public transport and nearby markets.

We checked in at 11 pm and left at 9 the next morning, paid a hefty amount, and got no breakfast at all. The hotel made us pay the full amount upfront for two days and told us to leave if we wouldn't comply, even though we were there for only that short stay. Our 1.5-year-old baby was sick, and we told the staff, but they showed no empathy, flexibility, or basic courtesy. Their behavior was stressful and insensitive. The rooms were small and uncomfortable, not what a family would expect, and the staff were rude, unprofessional, and no help throughout our stay at Hotel Pearl, Vadodara. It was one of our worst hotel experiences. There's no basic hospitality or customer care here. Families with babies or young children should avoid it. There are much better, more respectful options in Vadodara.

The staff showed no empathy and were very rude. The room layouts varied a lot, and we were charged extra. We also had to walk up a floor because there was no lift to the one we needed.

At this three-star Hotel Pearl in Vadodara, we found clean, well-maintained rooms and good facilities. The food was amazing, and timely room service added to a comfortable, convenient stay that works well for families.
