The place felt very unhygienic, with pan and gutka stains across the premises, even on the floors and lift doors. The lift is tiny, fitting around three people, which is inconvenient for a hotel on the 8th floor. Inside my room, the bedsheets and pillows had dirty marks, and the replacement sheets were just as unclean. The bathroom smelled awful, wasn't clean, and its door wouldn't shut properly. The crockery was dirty as well, and cleanliness seemed poor throughout. I booked SPOT ON Hotel Hilltop through OYO's website, but I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The repeated demands for payment made the stay embarrassing and uncomfortable. Every time I left the room, staff stopped me with “Sir, payment,” and they did it again whenever I came back. It felt like pressure, not hospitality, and made it seem as if collecting money mattered more than guest comfort, service, or cleanliness. The room was dirty and dusty, with thick dust on the fans, and the bathroom felt completely unhygienic. There was no proper hot water, a basic need, and the property's maintenance showed serious neglect. This was a deeply disappointing and uncomfortable experience, with very unprofessional staff and poor management. Travelers should think twice before booking.

The so-called AC room had a noisy window unit that sounded like a gas turbine, and the fans barely moved. The toilet was filthy, staff weren't cooperative, and they charged extra. There was only one staff member, a minor, available for housekeeping, and the room wasn't cleaned anyway. There was no hot water, so I had to get a bucket from the only geyser in the hotel kitchen, which was burned out. A horrible experience. No family should stay here.

During a yatra, you don't want the hassle of an argument. I booked two rooms, but got only one, and they never refunded the payment for the other. The bed smelled bad, and when I asked about getting my money back, they started arguing.
