The Fern Vadodara, Series by Marriott

The team made our engagement ceremony at The Fern a grand success. Executive Chef Ramu Subba listened to our choices and suggestions and made sure everything we asked for was taken care of. Narendra, the FNB manager, was supportive and understanding from the time we booked, and the food and service were both things we really enjoyed. We’d be happy to hold our future events at fun. Thanks to the whole fern team, I really appreciate it.

The main drawback is the location: there’s nothing nearby within walking distance, and the rooms don’t have a good view. The GPS pin is accurate, though, so getting there with a map is straightforward. The rooms were spacious, tidy, and clean, and the staff were helpful and well-mannered. Restaurant food was very good. I’d rate the rooms and hygiene 4.5/5, staff 5/5, and food 5/5.

Gungun, Shubham, and Sabita were especially warm and provided excellent service throughout our anniversary stay at The Fern Hotel, Vadodara. The team decorated our room just as we’d hoped after we requested it, which made the occasion feel even more special. The room was clean, cozy, and well kept, and there was a wide choice of delicious food. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for families or special occasions.

The room service was good, and I liked the taste and quality of the food. The staff were cooperative, polite, and well trained. I was very satisfied with how they treated us.
