The rooms were clean, the food was decent, and room service was good. Still, this place was nowhere near worth the price. We paid ₹8,500 for a room without basic things like a kettle, toothpaste, brush, body lotion, or full-length bath towels. Another guest paid ₹7,500 for the same room, and the staff responded arrogantly when we asked about the difference. Hot water wasn't available around the clock. The pool smelled strongly of chlorine, and it's on top of a 4-story building, with lots of stairs to climb. It isn't an infinity pool. They also wouldn't give us plates for outside food. The pricing was inconsistent and management rude. Avoid it if you expect hospitality to match what you pay.

The room was decent, but the basics were missing. They provided just one towel and no amenity kit, so it didn't feel worth what I paid. More attention to these essentials would improve the experience.

It's budget friendly and in a convenient location, and we had a pleasant stay. The pool is small and the food menu options are limited for now. There's no lift to get to the pool or those rooms.

The food at Green Palace Residency was tasty and reasonably priced. Their kadalai kari and puttu were especially delicious, with a homely taste. We stayed for two nights, and the calm, scenic location among Vagamon's hills made for a relaxing getaway. The neat, spacious rooms were well maintained, room service was available, and the friendly staff were always ready to help. Evenings by the cozy campfire were memorable. A comfortable, satisfying stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Vagamon. Looking forward to going again.

We had a wonderful two-day stay at Green palace residency in Vagamon. The location was quiet but just a short walk from town, and the mountain view from our balcony was breathtaking. Staff were incredibly welcoming, hot water was reliable, the food was a highlight, and the swimming pool was clean and tidy.
