The cottage room had a lovely view, and all the amenities we used were well maintained, including the rain dance, swimming pool, kids play area, and recreation room. The staff were kind and really helpful. They set up a jeep ride for sightseeing and helped us arrange cars for getting around. Maria and Aishu were especially good to us. The resort restaurant was good too. A nice family stay in vagamon.

The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from: poori bhaji, live dosas, idlis, puttu kadala, and poha on the vegetarian side, plus sausages, omelets, and chicken stew. Dinner choices were somewhat restricted because of the gas crisis linked to the Iran war, but the food itself was excellent. The staff were warm and helpful throughout, and the stay felt like good value for money. We came with our two kids, and the room easily fit all four of us without feeling cramped. The mountains from the room were wonderful, especially with fog drifting through the valley between the two ranges in front of the resort. Though it was peak summer, it stayed around a pleasant 23 degrees. The well-kept gardens and pool area looked great, and the kids had a blast on the playing turf and in the pool. A fantastic family trip.

The view was so peaceful and breathtaking, and we even saw a rainbow after a long time. Our room was comfortable and excellent. The staff gave us a warm welcome and a kind farewell, and I appreciated how friendly and professional they were, especially in the restaurant. They were always ready to answer my questions and help with what I needed. Thanks to Alwin , Jio jo, Aishwarya and Maria for their support. I was grateful for the care, and would happily visit Winter Vale again.

The staff at Winter Vale Resort were consistently polite and welcoming, and the food was excellent. I stayed in a Standard Interconnected Room in the last week of December 2025, and had a pleasant time overall. The water heater didn't hold much capacity, so a larger unit would make things more convenient. The Standard Room's look and feel could also be improved, especially for a rate around ₹7,000+, which felt on the expensive side. The room ambiance was satisfactory, and despite those things, the hospitality and service made the stay enjoyable.
