Casa Comforts

The location is a real plus, steps from Noah and Clara and about a two-minute walk from the beach at the back. The rooms have a nice bohemian feel, including a jacuzzi, and the staff were polite and extremely helpful. They can arrange scooters and cabs, and Swiggy orders are allowed. It's affordable, and after tiring late-night parties, a jacuzzi can be a nice touch. We were hesitant because the other booking sites gave a different impression, but trusted the Google reviews and were glad we did. The room was good, though the cleanliness was about like you'd keep your own home, not a five-star hotel. If you're very particular or have high expectations, this may not be the place for you.

We were very disappointed. At this high booking price, there's no breakfast included and they don't provide food. The bathroom and jakkuzi weren't cleaned properly, and cockroaches and rats were everywhere. Casa Comfort management, please maintain the place properly. They aren't professional about providing basic amenities, so I can't recommend it. If you like nightclubs, though, adjacent "Noah " is there, so it could be great for that.

Casa Comforts Goa is well placed for beaches and some of Goa's best party spots, which makes it convenient if you want nightlife along with a relaxed beach feel. The staff were warm and courteous, and manager Kuldeep deserves a special mention. He was attentive, helpful, and took care of my requests promptly and with a smile. A good mix of convenience, hospitality, and good vibes. I'd happily stay again.

The staff were polite and very helpful, the only good part of this stay. The rooms were old and dirty, the jacuzzi was dirty too, and I even saw a mouse in it. The Google photos suggest sea-view restaurants, but there isn't even a proper restaurant. Breakfast is the only meal, served in your room with the same menu options every day, and there's no lunch or dinner arrangement. Pubs fill the area, so loud music goes on nonstop until late at night. Half the hotel is still under construction or renovation. It was a really bad experience, especially on my first trip to Goa, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
