Flamingo Beach Resort

The sea-facing room was clean and quite nice, and room service was fine. The food tasted good, though it was a little expensive. Our room did have a bathroom hygiene issue, which may not affect every room. Also, the location can be confusing, so coordinate with the hotel manager before you arrive. We had a good time overall.

The beach view made for a nice stay, but the bathroom water pressure was very low. I wouldn’t suggest eating at the resort. There’s no menu, and when I asked about prices, they said they’d have to check with the owner. A maggie was 250 bucks, which felt far too expensive.

I couldn’t find the place, and even the locals didn’t seem to know it. I’ve been coming to Goa for years and had never had this happen before. I ended up staying at another resort nearby. Agoda refunded me, which was a relief. This resort should be taken off their site.

From 26th Feb to 2nd March, I stayed at Flamingo, and the service was terrible for such an expensive property. The AC tripped around 15 times in one day, and the customer service was very poor. At checkout, I was charged twice, once through gpay and once through paytm. I told the receptionist, who said he’d check his owner Malla Reddy’s account and refund the extra payment. Since then I’ve kept calling, but he keeps dodging me. The amount was 21,176 INR.
