The only real plus is the area, with restaurants and shopping kiosks nearby. This is a service apartment, not a hotel, and there’s basically no permanent housekeeping staff. You have to call the property in charge for everything, including cleaning and water, since they don’t take the initiative themselves. Don’t expect breakfast in your room before 10.30am. The options are limited to poha and bread omelette. The rooms are nearly dilapidated, with broken locks, stained and broken toilets, and no toiletries unless you ask. Nothing great here.

We’d booked five rooms for our group of 10, but when we arrived they told us one had been given to someone else and offered to arrange a room in a nearby hotel. We refused because we were all together. After a lot of calls to Fab and wasted time, they did one thing I appreciated: they gave us a prime suit at the same cost. Once that was sorted, we found there was no water supply in the rooms. Getting it fixed took another 30 mnt. Think twice before booking.

The location near vegator Beach is the only reason for the one star. My wife and I booked two nights, 11th and 12th January 2019, but when we arrived we found it was an apartment, not a hotel. The swimming pool wasn’t usable for people. The water in the room was very dirty and green. The staff said that was its natural colour, so we didn’t bathe during our stay. If you’re going with bachelors, it might be cheap enough to book, since who cares about water when you have beer. With family, it’s a straight no.

There were lots of power problems around vagator because of the sunburn festival, but Mr.Ashish, the site manager, was very cooperative and made sure we didn’t have any trouble. We had a wonderful vacation and a great time. Cheers to Ashish!!
