Mr Surender Yadav ji, the manager, made our stay especially memorable with his wonderful hospitality. The hotel is easy to reach and feels calm, safe, and welcoming, which would suit families, travelers, or people visiting for work. My room was spacious, peaceful, and well kept, and cleanliness was evident throughout the property. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. From arrival onward, everything felt warm and smooth. The Vaishali Residency is one of the finest hotels in Vaishali, Bihar, in my experience. It offers consistent comfort and good service for either a short or longer stay, and I look forward to coming back.

The food was disappointing, and the staff were dismissive when we asked for help. Smoke from nearby agricultural activity drifted indoors, making the air quality poor. Our room was badly maintained, the sheets weren't clean, and the power went out several times overnight. The most upsetting part was that management seemed to monitor my feedback as I wrote it, then confronted me physically outside my room and demanded that I delete the review. It felt like an invasion of privacy and was unprofessional. I can't recommend staying here.
