Marmara Beach House

I'm sharing this for my family of 30. We stayed for three nights, December 29-January 1st 2026, and had an amazing experience. The staff were attentive and courteous and made sure our needs were met. The catered meals arrived on time and were absolutely delicious. Mr. Ibrahimkutty from Your Choice Catering went out of his way to get everything delivered promptly. We especially appreciated that, as our group included several senior citizens. I'd highly recommend this place.

The sea-facing rooms have an uninterrupted ocean view, especially beautiful at sunset. Payambalam Beach Road is lively, with beachgoers morning and evening, tea stalls along the shore, and plenty of nearby activities. The location is excellent. Staff and service were exceptional, and the owner was very helpful. They also run a restaurant a few kilometers away and deliver food from there. It was tasty, good quality, and reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and hygienic, though the property needs renovation, which is underway now. The owner assured us it will look much better on our next visit. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This is a marriage destination rather than a resort, but the staff are very helpful. The room was the best part for me: large, very clean, and with a big attached balcony where you can sit and watch the sunset.

A very bad experience. The rooms were spacious and had basic amenities, but the bathroom smelled bad and cockroaches crawled around the room at night. Service was terrible too. They said sheets would be changed once every three days, but when we left the key for room service, nothing was done. We were out all day and came back to find the room exactly as we'd left it. Breakfast was extremely bland and very limited, just two or three dishes, including untoasted stale bread. Tea or coffee wasn't included on two of the days. On the day they did provide it, ants were swarming in the sugar.
