We booked online with confirmation, but when we arrived they flatly refused check-in, saying no rooms were available. They didn’t even contact me in advance to let me know. Service was terrible. There’s no mobile signal in the area except BSNL, so once you’re there it’s impossible to reach the operators. If you want a peaceful, stress-free vacation, don’t choose this hotel. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

This place isn’t in Munnar City, it’s about 40 km away, and the drive takes an hour. Finding a vehicle is difficult, and staff may not be around all the time. There was no power, Wi-Fi, mobile signal, security, or food.

I couldn’t find this property at all. The listed spot is a main junction beneath the mosque where jeeps are parked, and I searched all over Munnar town. There doesn’t seem to be a building there. They didn’t answer their phone after five calls, then switched it off. This listing is fraudulent.

The location on the listing is wrong. The actual place is 40 km away, and the trip wasn’t worth it. The building looks old and abandoned. The view is good, but not enough to make the stay worthwhile. There wasn’t reliable power, and staff weren’t willing to help. I complained to OYO, but nothing came of it.
