Mahesh Bhaiya was very sweet, patient, and responsive. He gave us directions and helped us out. The A/C worked well, and the water heated up in under two minutes with the water heater on. The room was fine for a solo traveller or a couple. I loved the hospitality, and the location is good if you want the spiritual side and real Varanasi vibe. For sightseeing, though, you'd have reason to complain because the area is very busy.

The owner was helpful, and the place was neat, clean, and hygienic. Assi Ghat is less than a five-minute walk away. Good value for money.

The owner lives in the adjacent house and is a knowledgeable local who was very helpful. Assi Ghat is only a three-minute walk away. I stayed a few months back, and the room was simple and clean, a good budget-friendly option.

The owner is friendly and can point you to good food and tell you the morning aarti times. The place is near Assi Ganga Ghat, about a five-minute walk if you want to attend Ganga Aarti. Affordable, and a good place for friends on a tight budget who want to get around the heart of the city. This isn't a paid review, genuinely.
