Bed & Breakfast Suraj Inn

We felt right at home here. Mr Aditya ji, his brother Suraj ji, and the staff were warm, helpful, and courteous the whole time. Their hospitality made us feel like part of the family, and I’d recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place.

The hosts even offered falahar food for my mother while she was fasting, which was such a considerate thing to do. We felt very well looked after. I also loved spending the mornings in the courtyard after waking up. The place had a warm, homely, relaxing feel, and everything was taken care of so well that the stay felt easy and peaceful. This was my perfect place in Banaras, and I’d love to come back.

Suraj Inn, Varanasi worked really well for our visit. Dashashwamedh Ghat is about 400 meters away, Kashi Vishwanath Temple is close by, and Godowlia Chauraha is nearby too, so local markets and transport were easy to reach. The hospitality was warm and helpful, and the stay was comfortable. A great choice for temple darshan and ghat visits. You can book without hesitation.

The location made it easy to get to the ghats and temples, and cleanliness and hygiene were well maintained. I stayed for six days and never felt away from home. The family running the homestay is so sweet and welcoming. This was my sixth visit to Banaras, and it’s the best stay I’ve had there so far, much better than the other average places I’ve tried. Highly recommend it.
