The hotel is away from Varanasi's busy, hectic streets, and my room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and had all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping and room service were prompt and efficient. The food was amazing, with a good range of delicious dishes. Since my daughter doesn't eat spicy food, Pawan kumar and Preetam kumar from the restaurant made sure the food was cooked to suit us. I'd love to come back. From arrival, the welcome was warm and professional, and reception made check-in quick and smooth. Front desk manager Mr. Bharat and Operations manager Mr. Ashutosh arranged any extra help we needed, including a cab at short notice and a late checkout.

We booked two suites for our family, and the kids were happily tucking into the tasty, fresh food. The rooms were big and thoughtfully laid out, with excellent bathrooms, and the whole property was clean, hygienic, and well maintained. The hotel is inside a peaceful society, in a studio apartment style building converted into a hotel, with a homely feel and superb hospitality. Major tourist spots are easy to reach, about 15-20 minutes away. From our warm welcome to the supportive, polite, cooperative staff and the excellent service throughout, we had a memorable stay. A perfect family hotel in Varanasi. Highly recommended, and we'd choose it again.

It felt safe and family friendly throughout, and the location was peaceful, close to the railway station but away from noisy, busy Varanasi. The rooms were neat and clean, the staff attentive, and the service excellent. Food was quite good, and breakfast was satisfying. The ghats and temples are easy to reach, with autos available through apps like Rapido or similar services. I'd consider staying here again on my next Varanasi visit. 👍
