They canceled our confirmed booking right when we arrived at the lodge. Nobody had called or messaged beforehand, and we got no explanation. After a long journey, being turned away was unacceptable. The staff took no responsibility and didn't try to help us find another option. It showed no respect for guests or professionalism. Having a booking canceled at the last minute without notice is a serious warning sign. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this lodge.

I paid online in full in advance through Goibibo for two rooms for two days for my family, including my elderly parents. When we arrived at Golden Lodge Hotel, the staff said there were no rooms and refused to give us the ones we'd booked. They offered just one room on the top floor and expected us to manage there, even though it had no attached bathroom. That was completely unacceptable for a family traveling with senior citizens. We had to urgently find another hotel at the last minute, which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Please make sure a room is actually available before taking advance payment.

Everything was fine, and the manager dabbu singh gave us great service and guided us around the city. The best lodge I’ve stayed at so far in Varanasi. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is right beside gate no 2, very close to kashi vishwanath temple. You can head out and join the line for darshan. It has a good vibe, and manager daboo singh ji was very nice and helped and guided us whenever we needed.

Clean and peaceful, with a budget-friendly stay. Kashi Vishwanath and Annpurna temple are very close by. The manager, Dabbu Singh Ji, and the other staff were kind and helpful. I’d happily stay here with my family next time I come to kashi. Highly recommended.
