Guleria Kothi at Ganges

Nothing disappointed me here. The food was good, the staff were polite, and they offered porter service at any time of day. The hotel is in a great location, right next to Newly opened Taj Avantika. They also provide free pick up and drop by boat. I'd definitely stay here next time.

I was highly disappointed. The place is overhyped and not worth what they charge, and the café food was very basic, far below what I expected. Staff behavior was rude and unprofessional throughout the visit. Charging ₹1000+ for pick-and-drop clearly feels like a money-making mindset instead of genuine customer service. The owner needs to improve management and hire trained hospitality professionals who know how to treat guests respectfully. I definitely don't recommend it.

We enjoyed our two nights at Guleria Kothi Hotel. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a direct view of Gangaji, and the food was delicious. Every staff member was very supportive. The location is excellent, right at the Ghats with a beautiful view. There's also a boat service you can use to travel to any of the ghats, with complimentary pick and drop and Ganga Arti Darshan.

I spent one day here, 9-10 May, and the hotel's location is superb, close to Vishwanath temple, kal bhairav, Dashashwamedh ghat, and Manikarnika. The hospitality and service were awesome. Whenever we asked for a boat, it was there within 5-10 min. We ate lunch, dinner, and breakfast at Ganga Tere, and everything was up to mark. I celebrated my bday on 9 th may, and the hotel even provided a complimentary cake ❤️. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Varanasi.
