The hotel has a restaurant, and both the food's quality and quantity are good. The rooms are clean, and the staff are well behaved and helpful. Location is the main draw: Girja ghar is a 3-4 minute walk, Kashi Vishwanath temple takes 5-7 minutes, Dashashwamedh ghat is 8-10 minutes away, and Kesar ghat is about a 15-minute walk.

I booked six rooms at Augusto for three days, and they put them all on one floor. The staff behaved very well, and service was very good. Each day they brought water bottles, dusted and mopped the floors, cleaned the bathrooms, and changed the bedsheets.

The location was noisy, and the food was cold, tasteless, and overpriced. Check-in was a hassle because the staff were rude and unhelpful. My room was dirty and smelled bad, with stained carpets and broken furniture. Staying at Hotel AUGUSTO was a nightmare. Avoid it at all costs, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. 0/5 stars.

The breakfast arrived on time, and the food was delicious. Service was very nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had a comfortable bed. The location was convenient for the temple and major attractions. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Augusto and highly recommend it.

The location is the one good point: it’s in the main market, with attractions and temples nearby, including Kashi Vishwanath Temple about 500 m away. With the ropeway construction, public transport and vehicles aren't allowed, so you have to walk a lot. The hotel is good value, but the rooms are extremely small and poorly maintained. For the room and service, the price is extremely high, and breakfast wasn't great either.
